A trial date has been set for one of the five people charged in the death of Brandon Ramirez in Green Bay.
19-year-old Dion Richardson will be in court for the start of his trial on July 20th as he faces charges of 1st Degree Intentional Homicide and Conspiracy to Commit Armed Robbery, each as party to the crime.
The incident was said to have been a drug deal gone wrong, as Richardson admitted to setting up a $450 marijuana deal with Ramirez.
A gun was drawn during the deal, and Ramirez was. 20-year-old Darian Pinchart was convicted on Charges of Felony Murder and Armed Robbery last week, while Nigel White, Elijah White, and Rosemary Williams have also been charged.
Richardson’s trial is expected to last four or five days, although FOX11 reports that plea negotiations are ongoing.
