A Green Bay landlord accused of sexually extorting tenants is now facing additional charges.
61-year-old Michael Zolper was arrested in February after it was learned that he forced a woman to perform sex acts on him in order for her to receive keys and lease papers through Newcap or Golden House.
The victims were said to be facing hardships in their lives, such as housing insecurity, mental health or substance issues, or had a criminal history.
The aforementioned victim also claimed that Zolper entered her apartment at night and raped her, telling her he would get away with it because he knew all of the cops and was rich.
WBAY reports that the new charges stem from additional victims coming forward, bringing the total number up to seven.
Zolper now faces a dozen charges, including Sexual Extortion, Strangulation and Suffocation, 4th Degree Sexual Assault, two counts each of Threats to Injure or Accuse a Crime, 2nd Degree Sexual Assault with Use of Force, and five counts of Solicitation of Prostitutes.
He is due for his preliminary hearing on Thursday (April 9th).
