There are several local and area baseball teams slated for action to kick off the week.
Mishicot will begin its season with a road game in Howards Grove, while Valders will host Southern Door in the Vikings’ season opener.
Sheboygan North will try to get off to a 3-0 start as they host Green Bay Preble, while Sheboygan Falls plays host to Plymouth.
The Falcons and Panthers have also started strong, with Falls winning its opener, and Plymouth sitting at 2-1.
Other area games on the docket include Chilton at Oconto, Green Bay Southwest hosting De Pere, West De Pere invading Ashwaubenon, Green Bay East/West home for Appleton West, and Bay Port on the road for Pulaski.
The only area softball game on the calendar is a road game for Green Bay Preble, as they travel to Freedom.
