A Manitowoc-based bank has made some recent promotions.
Bank First announced that Brenda Haese has been promoted to Vice President of Human Resources, Alyssa Pethan will become a Mortgage Loan Officer, and Abby Krause will become a Finance Officer.
Haese was called a strong leader who understands recruitment and talent development.
She first joined Bank First in October 2022 and has brought more than 20 years of HR experience.
Vice President of Retail Market Management Kathryn Schmitz says Pethan’s dedication and enthusiasm make her a valued team member, noting that she joined the bank in August 2020 as a retail loan processor.
She later became the assistant branch manager for branches in Mishicot and Two Rivers.
Krause receives high praise from Bank First Senior Vice President of Finance Greg Berken, who says she delivers consistent results and is always willing to step up and take on more responsibility.
He continues saying that she also demonstrates a supportive attitude and creates a positive environment in the office.
Krause joined the bank in 2015 as a teller, then moved to Finance as a Finance Account Analyst.
