
One of the five people charged in a drug deal-related death in Green Bay has been convicted.
FOX11 reports that 20-year-old Darian Pinchart was found guilty due to no contest pleas on charges of Felony Murder and Armed Robbery for his role in the death of Brandon Ramirez in 2024.
Also charged in the case were Dion Richardson, Nigel White, and Elijah White, all of whom are facing charges of 1st Degree Intentional Homicide and Conspiracy to Commit Armed Robbery, as well as Rosemary Williams, who faces charges of Felony Murder and Conspiracy to Commit Armed Robbery.
The incident started as a marijuana deal, where Richardson offered to buy $430 of the drug from Ramirez.
There are conflicting reports on what actually happened and who pulled the trigger.
Pincahrt is due for his sentencing on June 15th, while Richardson has a plea hearing scheduled for April 6th.
Nigel White is due for a status conference on April 13th, Elijah White will go on trial in May, and Williams is due for a status conference in May
