In Pepin County, charges are being filed against a former Durand-Arkansaw School District staffer accused in a child sex abuse case.
Gregory Biogenzahn faces a charges of repeated sexual assault of the same child and one count of 1st degree child sexual assault of a person under 13.
The school district says the alleged crimes took place before Biogenzahn began employment with them and that he no loner works there.
