A parking lot at Manitowoc Park is closed starting today (March 30th).
The east parking lot at Red Arrow Park, located at 1931 S. 9th Street, is closed due to the commencement of the Red Arrow Park beach access improvement project.
Parking will be available in the park’s south lot, and the public will still be able to use the tennis courts, ball diamond, playgrounds, and restrooms as usual.
Anyone with questions can contact the City of Manitowoc’s Parks Division at 920-686-3580. The beach is being redeveloped as part of the 2026 city budget.
The city has received grant funding for completing the project.
It will include ramps for ADA compliance, a new pavilion, and parking lot improvements.
