More local and area softball teams will begin their seasons this afternoon.
Locally, the Two Rivers Raiders will start in Plymouth against the Panthers, while the Kiel Raiders travel to Random Lake.
Other softball teams in northeastern Wisconsin beginning play today include St. Mary Catholic hosting Appleton East, Kewaunee traveling to Seymour, Denmark taking on Assumption, and Appleton West taking on Notre Dame Academy of Green Bay on the road.
In other games, Oshkosh West hosts West Allis Hale, and West De Pere has three games on tap today against West Allis Hale, West Allis Central, and Oshkosh West. A full list of games can be found at maxpreps.com.
