Utility poles in Manitowoc will be inspected starting today (March 26th).
Manitowoc Public Utilities says they are contracting with Mi-Tech Services Inc. to perform the inspections on wooden utility poles throughout the City of Manitowoc.
The northwest quadrant of the city specifically will be inspected over a three-to-four-week period. Citizens might see Mi-Tech Services employees near their homes.
They drive white Ford F-150s and will have while enclosing UTV trailers with Mi-Tech labeling.
MPU thanks residents for their patience while they complete this “important condition assessment, which will ultimately aid MPU in making reliability upgrades to the system.”
