The City of Two Rivers is once again asking for the public’s input on what to do with a plot of land near the downtown area.
Hamilton Community Visioning Meeting number 3 will be held in the Two Rivers High School Cafeteria/Auditorium at 5:30 p.m., where members of the public will be given an opportunity to make their opinions known.
This time, Urban Design students at UW Green Bay will be on hand to help review design standards and refine the concepts that have been shared by residents.
The discussion revolves around 14 acres of land that used to be home to Hamilton Manufacturing.
Community Development Director Jeff Sachse previously told SeehaferNews.com that the city wants to “Both honor the legacy of what was built there. But also honor the legacy of those who contributed to that growth and worldwide success of that company.”
