One of the two individuals charged with stealing from the Manitowoc Meijer is due in court.
Court documents show that 31-year-old Nicholas Arizola will be back inside a Manitowoc County courtroom for his preliminary hearing.
This comes as Arizola faces charges of Retail Theft along with Possession of Methamphetamine with Intent to Deliver, Possession of THC, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Carrying a Concealed Knife, and Bail Jumping. These charges stem from two separate incidents.
One involved Arizola and 31-year-old Amber Lutzke, who were caught stealing seven boxes of football cards, 26 Pokémon-related items, two butane refills, and two Easter totes from Meijer in February.
The other charges were brought about after a hotel worker found a firearm under a pillow at the Quality Inn on South 44th Street.
The room was booked by Arizola, who was found to be in possession of plastic gem bags with drugs in them upon a search of his person, prompting his arrest.
Lutzke will be back in court for charges related to the theft from Meijer on Monday (March 30th) to make her initial appearance.
