Washington County is facing a lawsuit over the sale of a school campus.
The Washington County Charitable Foundation sued earlier this month after the county sold the former UW – Milwaukee campus to Ozaukee Christian School, and the lawsuit is an attempt to block the sale.
The Foundation says it has supported students studying at the Washington County campus so long as it is used for public education.
The campus has been closed for nearly two years, and officials approved its sale to Ozaukee for $# million last August.
