There are two meetings scheduled for today (March 24th) in the City of Sheboygan.
Up first will be the City Plan Commission meeting at 4:00 p.m. inside Council Chambers, where they will begin with five public hearings regarding conditional use permits and the proposed creation of Tax Incremental District 26 along Kohler Memorial Drive.
Then the group will hold an architectural review for an exterior remodel in the 1200 block of Michigan Avenue before taking action on all items discussed during the public hearings.
Then, at 5:30 p.m., the Committee of the Whole will take over Council Chambers.
The only item on the agenda will be to receive a presentation on the draft of the City’s proposed zoning code, with community involvement highly encouraged once the presentation comes to an end.
At this time, these are also the final meetings of the week in the City of Sheboygan.
