The Waukesha County Sheriff’s Department says a suspect has been shot and killed by police.
It happened yesterday morning when they were informed of a police chase entering the county from Jefferson County of a driver who possibly had felony arrest warrants.
The suspect got out of the vehicle after it became disabled in a field and displayed a handgun, with deputies responding by shooting him.
The man’s name has not been released, but the sheriff’s office says he was around 41-years-old.
