No charges will be filed against a former Mount Horeb coach accused of inappropriately communicating with a student.
Dane County District Attorney Ismael Ozanne reviewed the case of former cross-country and track-and-field coach David Chancellor and found he committed no crime.
Chancellor was fired last month following his arrest on tentative charges of stalking and fourth-degree sexual assault.
Police say he had inappropriate communications with a former athlete.
