A Milwaukee man will spend the next 30-years in prison for shooting and killing Carl Thurmond on February 14, 2025.
James Mann Jr. reached a plea deal with prosecutors on February 2nd, pleading no contest to first-degree reckless homicide.
He was also sentenced to 15-years of extended supervision once he is free from prison.
Security video from a nearby liquor store showed the deadly shooting.
