The UW Green Bay women were given the #13 seed in the Sacramento Region, marking their third straight trip to the NCAA tournament and the 22nd appearance in program history.
The Phoenix earned their spot by claiming the Horizon League Title, thanks to a 57-49 win over Youngstown State last week.
While everyone starts with a clean slate in the tournament, UW Green Bay ended the regular season with a record of 25-8, which included a 12-game win streak throughout January.
The Phoenix will be facing the #4-seeded Minnesota Golden Gophers on Friday, with a tip-off scheduled for 5:00 p.m.
