A former school dean in Kenosha is in custody in connection to a sexual assault investigation.
Police say Curtiss Tolefree Jr. was arrested yesterday on a charge of second-degree sexual assault for allegedly making sexual contact with somebody who has a mental illness or deficiency.
No other details about the case were released.
Tolefree used to be the dean of students at Bradford High School before resigning from the district eight years ago.
