
A two-vehicle crash in Dodge County claimed the life of an Appleton man.
The Dodge County Sheriff’s Office responded to the crash on Highway A at Highway W in the Town of Oak Grove just before 2:30 yesterday afternoon (March 12th).
The initial investigation determined that a 63-year-old Appleton man was traveling east on Highway W when he failed to stop at a stop sign.
His vehicle was struck by an empty milk tanker being driven by a 64-year-old Reedsville man.
The Appleton man was ejected from his vehicle, and life-saving measures at the scene were unsuccessful.
The Reedsville man was uninjured.
No additional information is being released at this time, including the names of those involved, pending notification of the family.
The crash is still under investigation by the Dodge County Sheriff’s Office Crash Investigation Team.
