Manitowoc Lutheran High School will be bringing the works of Dr. Seuss to life this weekend.
Lancer thespians will be performing the ever-popular show called “Seussical” in the MLHS Auxiliary Gym three times this weekend.
“Seussical” brings together favorite Dr. Seuss characters in a heartwarming tale led by Horton the Elephant, who discovers the tiny Whos and protects them, along with an abandoned egg, despite challenges along the way.
Guided by the playful Cat in the Hat, audiences meet Gertrude McFuzz, Mayzie LaBird, Circus McGurkus, and more in a story filled with humor, music, and messages of loyalty, imagination, and standing up for others.
The first show is on Friday (March 13th) at 7:00 p.m., with the second on Saturday at the same time. A matinee 2:00 p.m. performance will be held on Sunday.
Reserved seats are $14 and must be purchased in advance at MLHSLancers.org/FineArts, while bleacher seats can be purchased for $10 at the door.
