
Several local and area boys’ basketball teams continue their quest to the Kohl Center later this month as WIAA Regional semifinals are played throughout Wisconsin.
In Division Four, Roncalli hosts Laconia at the Hangar with coverage on WCUB and CubRadio.com beginning at 6:45 p.m., while Manitowoc Lutheran is home for Omro with coverage on “WOMT 100” and WOMTRadio.com beginning at 6:45 p.m.
Other D-4 matchups include Howards Grove hosting St. Mary’s Springs of Fond Du Lac, top-ranked and undefeated Kewaunee entertains Manawa, Algoma heads to Fox Crossing to battle St. Mary Catholic, Kohler travels to Fond Du Lac to take on Winnebago Lutheran Academy, Cedar Grove Belgium welcomes Heritage Christian of New Berlin, and Ozaukee visits Living Word Lutheran of Jackson.
In Division Five, top-seed Reedsville entertains Lourdes Academy of Oshkosh, Sheboygan Lutheran hosts Lake County Classic Academy of Oconomowoc, Hilbert heads to Elkhart Lake/ Glenbeulah, Green Bay NEW Lutheran heads to Oneida Nation, and Providence Academy of Green Bay is home for Gibraltar.
Division Three matchups include Kiel travelling to Appleton to battle Xavier, top-seed Brillion home for Ripon, Denmark plays at Wittenberg Birnamwood, Oostburg, a top-seed in their bracket, hosts Brookfield Academy, and Wrightstown travels to play the Freedom Irish.
In Division Two, Sheboygan South entertains Pulaski, Plymouth hosts Luxemburg-Casco, Ashwaubenon travels to Notre Dame, Marinette heads to West De Pere, Fox Valley Lutheran is home for Tomah, and Menasha has a long road trip to Onalaska to battle the Hilltoppers.
Division One games of interest have Sheboygan North hosting Pewaukee, De Pere is home for Oconomowoc, Bay Port entertains Oshkosh North, Green Bay Preble travels to Germantown, Hortonville heads to Appleton North, Appleton West hits the road for Marshfield, Kimberly hosts Hudson, Kaukauna entertains Eau Claire North, and Neenah has a long bus ride to Hudson.
All games are scheduled to tip off at 7 p.m.
