Doris Lorene Luedtke of Manitowoc passed away on February 27, 2026, at age 97.
She was born July 4, 1928, in Rib Lake, Wisconsin to the late Fred and Hilda (Peche) Freiboth.
Doris married Robert Luedtke on February 7, 1948, at St. Boniface Catholic Church. He preceded her in death on April 23, 1999.
Her greatest joy in life was her family. She spent many years as a volunteer at Holy Family Memorial Hospital and the Capitol Civic Center.
Survivors include daughters Karen (Gregg) Lulloff of Manitowoc, Mary (Richard) Revenal of Manitowoc, Susan Cisler of Manitowoc, and Barbara Wagner of Manitowoc; sons Thomas (Mary Ellen) Luedtke of Two Rivers, and Robert (Cindy) Luedtke of Cleveland, WI. Dory is also survived by nine grandsons, nine granddaughters, five great-grandsons, sis great-granddaughters, and two great-great-grandsons.
Doris was preceded in death by her husband Robert C. Luedtke, son Terry L. Luedtke, sons-in-law Kimber Wagner and Mike Cisler, four brothers, three sisters, eight sisters-in-law, and seven brothers-in-law.
Relatives and friends are invited to visit with the family at a Life Celebration Social which will be held at the Harrigan Parkside Gathering Center, 620 N. Water St., Manitowoc, on Saturday, March 7, 2026, at 1:00 pm. until 4:00 p.m. If desired, donations in memory of Doris are appreciated to the charity of your choosing.
