Emplify Health by Bellin and the Greater Green Bay YMCA have announced the expansion of their relationship.
As a part of the new agreement, Emplify Health by Bellin’s physical therapy services will move from the nearby Howard clinic into a 3,000-square-foot space at the neighboring West Side YMCA.
This will allow Emplify Health by Bellin to eventually double the number of physical therapists practicing in Howard from five to ten.
For Y members, this will mean rapid access to quality care right where they work out.
The move will make additional space for primary care at Emplify Health by Bellin Howard Clinic, meeting the need for added primary care access for area patients.
Charlie DeCleene, Emplify Health by Bellin Physical Therapist, noted, “By partnering with the Y, we are making it easier for patients to receive quality physical therapy and immediately start working on their routines to begin living healthier and pain-free lives.”
Greater Green Bay YMCA President & CEO, Jamie Hanner, added, “Having Emplify Health by Bellin physical therapy onsite will ensure we are both creating a seamless path from treatment to active, healthy living. It is a wonderful blend of high quality meets convenience.”
