The Manitowoc County Historical Society is getting ready for its annual St. Patrick’s Day-themed winter weekend.
The event is scheduled for Saturday, March 14th, and will feature living history demonstrations and activities with a focus on the celebration, heritage, and history of Irish immigrants and Fenians in Manitowoc County from 11:00 to 3:00 p.m.
A historic meal will kick start the evening in the newly renovated Meeme House, with dining options at 5:00 and 6:00 p.m.
As part of the historical society’s historic dinner series, guests will be served a family-style Irish-inspired meal (prepared by a local restaurant) and enjoy a choice of historically-inspired beverages.
The St. Patrick’s Day Ball will take place starting at 7:00 p.m.
Doors open at 6:30 pm. For more information, visit ManitowocCountyHistory.org.
