Police in Sheboygan are looking to bridge the gap between officers and the community this weekend.
The Sheboygan Police Department will be hosting its first annual Skate with a Cop event this Sunday (February 22nd).
Skate with a Cop will be held at the Sheboygan Lakers Blue Line Ice Center from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.
This event will be open to children of all ages, but parents or guardians are also encouraged to attend and enjoy a family-friendly day out on the ice.
Skate with a Cop will also be free of charge, including free skate rentals as well.
However, in order to participate, a liability waiver must be filled out upon registration.
