Police are searching for a suspect accused of assaulting a Marquette University student.
Reports indicate the assault occurred early Wednesday morning, close to campus on 14th Street near Kilbourn Avenue, when a man approached the female student.
That’s when police say the man in his 20s sexually assaulted the victim and also stole some of her property.
The student had to go to the hospital for treatment, while the suspect took off down 14th Street.
