A landlord in Green Bay has been charged with trading sexual favors with his tenants.
Green Bay Police arrested 61-year-old Michael Zolper last Friday (February 6th) and charged him with sexual extortion, threat to property or reputation, threats to injure or accuse of crime, and two counts of solicitation of prostitutes, after a month-long investigation.
Zolper allegedly solicited sexual acts from tenants in exchange for avoiding eviction due to late or missed rent, or for bypassing background checks to live in one of his properties.
Green Bay investigators would like to speak with victims who may have rented a property from the 61-year-old, who owned six properties.
They were located on August Street, Beech Tree Court, Berwyn Avenue, Cedar Street, Dousman Street, and Finger Road. Anyone with information can contact Green Bay Police at 920-448-3200 and reference case #26-200966.
Confidential information can also be sent by calling Crime Stoppers at 920-432-7867.
