A quiet week at City Hall will wrap up today (February 10th) with just one meeting on the docket in the City of Sheboygan.
The City Plan Commission will convene in Council Chambers at 4:00 p.m., beginning with three public hearings regarding conditional use permits (CUPs) submitted by prospective businesses.
The first CUP on the agenda is from SEAR’D – Korean & Karaoke, who wishes to operate a restaurant at 123 New York Avenue.
Up next will be Dollar Loan Center of Wisconsin LLC, which has submitted two separate CUPs.
They are hoping to install an off-premises pylon sign at 813 Ashland Avenue, as well as a wall sign at 2315 South Business Drive.
Following the public hearings, the Plan Commission will vote to accept CUP applications before adjourning for the evening.
As of now, this is scheduled to be the final meeting of the week in the City of Sheboygan.
