There are just a few spots left for the 2026 Community Garden in Two Rivers.
The Two Rivers Parks and Recreation Department is letting all local green thumbs know that the garden currently has just two unclaimed plots remaining for this year’s growing season.
The department added that the Community Garden is a space dedicated to organic practices that also serves as a way to enjoy the outdoors and connect with fellow gardening enthusiasts.
Garden beds cost $10 per plot and measure 3 feet by 20 feet.
To all growers, the Parks and Rec Department will provide resources such as water, tools, mulch, and manure to ensure that each garden is cultivated successfully.
While anyone is eligible to apply for the remaining two garden plots, applications will be awarded with a preference shown to residents of the Cool City.
The City also encourages new gardeners to apply, as the Community Garden serves as a great space to get started.
Those looking to apply are encouraged to do so quickly, as just two spots remain.
Interested gardeners can contact Ashley Hagerty at ashhag@two-rivers.org or by calling 920-793-5992 to claim your plot in the Two Rivers Community Garden.
