After a week of significant increases at local gas pumps, prices have leveled off in Eastern Wisconsin.
Manitowoc County’s average price per gallon of regular unleaded fuel was reported to be at $2.57 this morning on the AAA Gas Prices website.
This is one cent per gallon higher than last week, which was nine cents higher than the week before.
Sheboygan County reported the largest increase in our area, jumping four cents to $2.52 per gallon, while Calumet and Outagamie Counties saw no change, remaining at $2.60 and $2.54, respectively.
Kewaunee County also saw no change, reporting an average of $2.54, while Brown and Door Counties each saw one-cent bumps to $2.55 and $2.63, respectively.
The state average is also up a penny to $2.53, while the national average remained unchanged at $2.88 per gallon.
