Despite a fantastic effort from Valders Senior Clara Sieracki, the Manitowoc Lincoln gymnastics team won an Eastern Valley Conference Dual meet.
Lincoln finished with a team score of 125.225 points, while the host Vikings earned 121.9 points.
Sieracki took first place in all events, including setting a new school record on the beam with a score of 9.175.
Addison Spindler from Valders was 2nd in the event, finishing with a score of 8.8, and Khloe Jalbert from Manitowoc Lincoln was 3rd, ending with a score of 8.725.
Spindler and Jalbert traded second and third place in the vault, bars, beam, and floor exercises.
Sieracki finished with a total score of 34.226 while Jalbert was second in the all-around with 33.25.
Spindler was 3rd, finishing the night with a score of 33.1.
Manitowoc Lincoln’s next gymnastics meet is on Monday at JFK, beginning at 6:30 p.m. against Kaukauna, while Valders is slated to host the Oshkosh Co-op on Monday.
