The Wisconsin DNR is telling northeastern Wisconsin residents about their walleye management.
They are hosting an update at the Green Bay DNR Service Center on Shawano Avenue tonight (February 2nd) at 6:00 p.m.
DNR fisheries biologist Jason Breeggemann will discuss updated results from the large walleye reward tag study, the size and age structure of spring adult spawning populations, and results from fall walleye recruitment surveys.
The meetings allow the public to learn about game fish management and meet the DNR fisheries staff members working across Wisconsin.
Residents who can’t make it can find a link to Microsoft Teams online.
