
A Hortonville man has been arrested on a 6th OWI.
A 41-year-old man in a pickup truck was seen by a Wisconsin State Trooper traveling above the posted speed limit and deviating from designated lanes just before 4:00 a.m. last Saturday (January 31st) near Fox Crossing in Winnebago County.
WSP says the driver, Andrew Herman, was displaying signs of impairment and saw open alcoholic beverages inside the vehicle.
A field sobriety test was done, which showed that the 41-year-old Herman was under the influence.
He was arrested for OWI, a sixth offense.
WSP says the incident is still under investigation.
