
A major cheese manufacturer in Sheboygan County is getting ready to unveil two new product lines.
Sargento, a family-owned, third-generation cheese producer, has announced that in the very near future, store shelves will be stocked with Sargento® Hot & Spicy Sliced Cheese and Sargento® Balanced Breaks® Cheese + Crunch Mixes.
The Hot & Spicy product will feature three different cheeses of varying heats.
The least spicy will be the Mango Habanero Monterey Jack, followed by Smoky Hot Colby-Jack, and the spiciest being the Carolina Reaper Monterey Jack.
Sargento’s Balanced Breaks® Cheese + Crunch Mixes will also come in three varieties, a Monterey Jack Cheese, Buffalo Ranch Snack Mix, a Medium Cheddar Cheese, Naturally Flavored Sour Cream & Chive, and a Colby-Jack Cheese, Smoky & Sweet BBQ Snack Mix.
Both products are set to roll out to select retailers in late January, with a nationwide distribution in July.
