Authorities in Milwaukee have released dashcam and bodycam footage from a deadly police chase and shootout that occurred last summer.
Officials say the incident followed the alleged killing of Victoria Truss by her ex-boyfriend, Michael Griffin.
Griffin is also accused of shooting Truss’s landlord and injuring a Shorewood police officer before fleeing.
The pursuit ended in a Milwaukee neighborhood, where Griffin exchanged gunfire with officers and was fatally shot.
The Milwaukee County District Attorney determined that the officers and an FBI agent involved were legally justified.
