A former Waukesha County corrections officer is now in custody.
Codey Houdek has been accused of repeatedly sexually assaulting a child under the age of 13.
Authorities say Houdek was arrested following an investigation that began when the victim’s mother discovered her daughter watching pornography.
When questioned, the child told her mother it was connected to alleged abuse by Houdek.
The mother then contacted the police.
According to the criminal complaint, the alleged assaults occurred multiple times during the summer of 2024 at Houdek’s pawn shop in Waukesha.
