Authorities in Rusk County have arrested three people following a kidnapping investigation involving a missing child.
The case began in November after officials in Kossuth County, Iowa, reported the child missing.
They believed he was living in Wisconsin with his non-custodial father.
Police arrested 33-year-old Douglas Roth, along with the child’s grandparents, 59-year-old Emil Roth and 59-year-old Audrey Roth.
The child has been safely recovered and has since been reunited with his mother.
