A home in Oshkosh sustained significant damage after a fire.
The Oshkosh Fire Department was called for the fire in the 1900 block of Minnesota Street.
Once on scene, firefighters found a fully engulfed two-car detached garage with fire extending into the adjacent home.
The people inside the home were able to get out before OFD arrived.
However, the home sustained significant smoke and fire damage after the fire was put out.
Due to the extent of the fire and challenging weather conditions, a MABAS alarm was used.
Mutual aid was provided by the Town of Oshkosh Fire Department, Town of Algoma Fire Department, and Fox Crossing Fire Department.
The cause of the blaze is currently under investigation.
