There is only one governmental meeting scheduled for today (January 20th) in the City of Sheboygan.
The City’s Board of Police and Fire Commissioners will meet in the first-floor conference room at City Hall at 4:00 p.m.
The group will begin with a review and possible change to their proposed bylaws before promoting three individuals to the ranks of Detective, Sergeant, and Lieutenant.
Then, they will enter into a closed session to discuss and interview candidates for the position of police officer and Sergeant of Police.
Once done, they will reconvene in an open session to take possible action on the items they covered while behind closed doors.
