There is one meeting today in the City of Manitowoc.
The Zoning Board of Appeals will meet in the first-floor east conference room at City Hall, starting at 5:15 p.m.
After approving their last meeting minutes, the only item on the agenda is an appeal from Mitchell Contracting for a couple on N. 40th Street.
They are seeking to reduce the required seven-and-a-half-foot side-yard setback to a one-foot side-yard setback for the construction of an attached garage.
The group will then adjourn for the evening.
