Acuity Insurance is welcoming a new staff loss control director.
Ben Davis joins the insurance company, bringing more than 23 years of experience in insurance risk management and having worked for organizations such as the Insurance Services Office and Nationwide.
Davis has spent the last 15 years of his career leading field teams to achieve long-term customer retention and support multi-million-dollar premium growth across different industries.
He’s also led the implementation of lean practices to enhance processes between loss control and underwriting, leveraged by AI for data analysis, and developed customer resources.
Davis is actively working toward earning the Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter designation and has served on the board of directors for the Iowa Occupational Safety and Health Advisory Council.
To add to his importance at Acuity, Ben is also fluent in Spanish and Portuguese.
