New details are coming out about a Milwaukee apartment fire that left nearly 200 people homeless.
TMJ4 News reports there are city records showing the complex was missing fire extinguishers, some units didn’t have functioning smoke detectors, and there was a lack of fire sprinklers.
The fire on Tuesday, which is being investigated as arson, severely damaged dozens of units and left at least seven people injured.
Some of the people impacted by the fire are being assisted by the Red Cross.
