The Appleton Police Department is asking for help identifying an individual believed to be involved in an auto theft case.
Sargent Peters says the individual is the main suspect in a string of thefts from vehicles on December 27th in the 300 block of South Linwood Avenue and West Eighth Street.
They may have also struck other portions of Appleton, as well as the Town of Grand Chute.
The person is white or has a light skin tone, has dark colored, mid-length hair, and was seen wearing a dark blue hoodie, light colored pants, white shoes, and a backpack.
