A new hotel in Manitowoc has been opened.
Ground was broken for the new The Hampton Inn by Hilton in July 2024 and has since been opened for reservations.
The Chamber Manitowoc County will host a ribbon-cutting ceremony for the hotel on Wednesday, January 28th, at 4:15 p.m.
The Chamber explains that the hotel represents their commitment to providing warm hospitality, comfort, and quality accommodations for visitors to Manitowoc, whether they are there for business, leisure, or to enjoy the beauty of Lake Michigan.
The new Hampton Inn by Hilton was constructed by Odyssey Hotels out of Chicago, with CEO Rachit Dhingra calling it very exciting to build where the SS Badger sails.
The new hotel has 84 guest rooms, including 44 king rooms, three suites, and 37 two-queen rooms.
