The Sheboygan Falls Police Department is now under new leadership.
The department has shared that on Monday (January 5th), they had the privilege to swear in their new Chief of Police and Deputy Chief of Police.
At the swearing-in ceremony, Scott Hoogster officially became the City’s new Chief of Police while Eric Cruz was sworn in as Deputy Chief.
Recently retired Sheboygan Falls Police Chief Aaron Wigan was in attendance and passed the torch by pinning the badge of Chief Hoogster, while Deputy Chief Cruz’s daughter had the honor of pinning her father’s badge.
This shake-up at the Sheboygan Falls Police Department comes after former Chief Wigen’s retirement in November of last year.
