There is only one meeting scheduled to start the week in the City of Manitowoc.
The Personnel Committee will be in the Council Chambers at 5:30 a.m., where they will hear comments from the public.
Then, after getting their usual monthly reports, the group will discuss a proposed restructuring of the Department of Public Infrastructure, which includes the creation of a standalone Parks and Recreation Department.
The full proposal, as written by Mayor Justin Nickels, can be viewed at Manitowoc.org.
The group will then enter a closed session to review a residency exception request submitted by the Police Department.
