No foul play is suspected after a man died in an Independence garage fire.
Authorities were called out to a home on New Year’s Eve night after the flames broke out in the garage of a home on 6th Street.
The man was found dead in the structure while first responders investigated.
Officials say they are looking into the cause of the fire.
