A man accused of throwing a five-month-old infant across a Milwaukee apartment hallway is facing multiple charges.
Court records show 38-year-old Sergio Chavez-Morales was seen throwing the child by several witnesses on December 22nd.
The child was taken to the hospital for evaluation and showed no immediate fractures.
Chavez-Morales was previously charged with felony strangulation and suffocation.
He made his initial court appearance over the weekend and is scheduled for a preliminary hearing on Friday.
