A man is facing charges for allegedly kidnapping a Madison woman and holding her at knifepoint.
Police say the woman met Christopher Bullins online, and they were with each other on December 9th when Bullins forced her to drive around.
The woman then drove into a gas station parking lot, and a bystander stepped in as Bullins tried to chase her.
Police arrested Bullins that night on charges of kidnapping, strangulation, and recklessly endangering safety.
He’s scheduled to be arraigned next week.
