Habitat for Humanity Lakeside is getting ready for one of its biggest fundraisers of the year.
Habitat Lakeside’s annual Raise the Roof Gala will be held on February 6th at The Village at 170 in the Village of Kohler.
Each year, this event serves as one of the most significant ways the nonprofit raises money to support the work they do.
This will be a casual, festive event featuring a family-style dinner, raffles, a silent auction, and a live auction with auctioneer Daven Claerbout.
This year’s theme is “You Ain’t Seen Nothing Yet,” a nod to Habitat Lakeside’s goal to build five affordable homes in Sheboygan County each fiscal year.
Habitat for Humanity Lakeside Executive Director Le’Shay Guy said of the event, “Affordable housing is not a nice-to-have — it’s a must-have. A home forms the foundation for financial stability for parents and educational success for children.”
Admission to the gala will cost $75 per person or $750 for a table, while three different tiers of sponsorship opportunities are also available.
